This site is operated by Poly Tech Packaging Sdn Bhd ("Big Packaging Centre", "we", "us"), a company registered in Malaysia. We are the data controller of information you provide through this website.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed)
• Order data: shipping address, billing address, order history, payment reference (we never store card numbers)
• Business data (B2B): company name, SSM number, purchase volume
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies for cart & session

3. How We Use It

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Communicate order updates and support responses
• Send promotional emails (only if you opt in)
• Improve site performance and user experience
• Prevent fraud and abuse

4. Who We Share Data With

• Billplz Sdn Bhd — for processing payments (their privacy policy)
• EasyParcel Sdn Bhd — for arranging shipping (their privacy policy)
• Couriers (J&T, Skynet, City-Link, Ninja Van, Poslaju) — name, address, phone only
• Government authorities when legally required

We do not sell your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years thereafter to meet tax and accounting requirements under Malaysian law.

6. Your Rights (PDPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@bigpackagingcentre.com. We reply within 21 days as required by law.
