1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Eligible Items
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective on arrival (photo required)
- Missing quantity vs. order
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-printed packaging (with your logo/brand)
- Opened tape rolls or bubble wrap rolls
- Food-grade packaging that has been opened
- Clearance / final-sale items
4. How to Request a Return
- Email hello@bigpackagingcentre.com with your order number and photos
- We reply within 1 working day with return instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping paid by us if our fault, otherwise by customer)
- Refund processed within 3–5 working days of receipt
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Billplz. FPX/bank refunds may take 3–7 working days; card refunds 5–14 working days depending on your bank.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
