We ship to all states in Malaysia (West & East). East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) may incur additional surcharges for bulky items.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination via our courier partner EasyParcel. Available couriers: J&T, Skynet, City-Link, Ninja Van, Poslaju.
Free shipping is available for orders RM 500 and above to West Malaysia addresses. East Malaysia free-shipping threshold is RM 1,000.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also view tracking in your account page.
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us within 7 days of dispatch at hello@bigpackagingcentre.com. We'll coordinate with the courier and replace or refund at our discretion.
